This bespoke experience is perfect for those seeking to reconnect with themselves while also indulging in high-quality skincare.
Guests will begin their journey at Cloud Hidden with a one-hour tea ceremony, designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and connect with your inner self. Following this meditative experience, you’ll take a short stroll to Juve for a personalized, ritual-based skin treatment that will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply nourished.

The collaboration offers a unique two-part experience:
Step 1: Tea Ceremony at Cloud Hidden At Cloud Hidden, you will be guided through a one-hour tea ceremony, an intimate experience focused on mindfulness and meditation. This is a time to sit in silence, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self in a safe and nourishing environment. The ceremony encourages you to ground yourself before the skin treatment begins.
Step 2: Skin Treatment at Juve After your tea ceremony, you’ll head across the road to Juve, where your skin journey begins. Your treatment will start with a thorough skin consultation, where we’ll explore your skin goals and assess your current skin state. From there, you’ll sink into the comfort of the treatment room, where hot towels and breathwork prepare you for a tailored facial that supports both your skin and nervous system.
The facial includes a customised cleanse, an enzyme exfoliation to gently renew the skin, and a Kaolin clay infusion that hydrates, soothes, and balances your skin. During this process, we incorporate calming techniques such as a scalp massage and facial cupping or gua sha, depending on your needs. The treatment finishes with a detoxifying massage for the face, neck, and décolletage, tapping into traditional Chinese techniques to sculpt and tone the skin.
